This beautiful pottery is poured into a cast. then the pieces are individually hand painted by Navajo artists in Bluff, Utah, a small southeastern pioneer town on the northern edge of the Navajo reservation.

For more than a thousand years the flute has provided the Native Americans a beautiful way to communicate through music. The artists at Cedar Mesa Pottery are proud to bring you their tribute to the flute. This story is of the Shaman isolating himself in the mountains to communicate with the spirits of the animals, asking their assistance for his people. We hope the music of the flute can call you and take you to those peaceful landscapes within.
