Serving all three meals from a menu incorporating classical, continental, southwestern and pacific-rim influences. Full cocktail service, espresso service and a fine California varietal wine list are available.

Please note that the dress code for dinner is "casual elegance." Sorry, no shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops.
Special Note: The Furnace Creek Inn is available to guests from mid-October through mid-May. From mid-May through mid-October all operations are consolidated at the Furnace Creek Ranch.
