Available Tours
Racetrack Playa
$165 per person (snack included), tour time: 6 hours

Witness one of the strangest rock dances of all time! Furrows in the mud indicate that boulders, some weighing as much as 700lbs, have slipped across a perfectly flat dry lakebed. This activity has puzzled geologists for decades. Also included is a stop at Ubehebe Crater, a 770-foot deep crater formed by a steam explosion over 3,000 years ago.
Charcoal Kilns
$129 per person, tour time: 4 hours

Marvel at these beehive-shaped kilns built over 130 years ago. These kilns were used to convert pinyon and juniper logs to charcoal to be used in nearby silver mines. These are considered to be the best surviving examples of charcoal kilns in the western states. Then it's on to Aguereberry Point, a spectacular view from 6,433 feet above the valley floor. The tour concludes with a final stop at Mosaic Canyon. A short walk into this geologic wonder reveals patterned walls of polished multicolored rock.
Titus Canyon
$119 per person, tour time: 3 hours

Includes a visit to the Historic Ghost Town of Rhyolite. Then it's on to Titus Canyon. Titus Canyon offers breathtaking views from the summit at Red Pass to the canyon walls in the narrows that tower 500 feet above the canyon floor.
In-park Classic Tour
$65 per person, tour time: 2 hours
Join our classic Death Valley tour for stops at Devil's Golf Course and Badwater (lowest point in the Western Hemisphere, 282 feet below sea level). Next a scenic trip on Artist's Drive demonstrates how oxidation has produced a rainbow of colors in the eroded clay deposits of this ancient lakebed.
